To cancel your direct debit membership please email the Ashbourne at email@example.com of your wish to cancel membership. Please state your name, the gym you are a member of and your reference number. Cancellation requests must be sent at least two weeks prior to the Direct Debit collection date and you must also inform your bank.
Cancellations cannot be requested or facilitated at the gym reception.

Requests to change bank details must be made 14 days prior to the next scheduled payment collection date in order to process on time. Please state the following along with your request to change account details: Your full name, the gym location you are a member of and your reference number, along with new account details.
It means exactly that. There is no contract. The minimum term is the first month plus the joining fee. Membership can be cancelled after the minimum term payment is made. As soon as you join you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number. The membership is current and starts immediately upon payment. On your first visit to the gym, you must collect a Membership Card. Valid Photo ID is required. (Passport, driver’s licence, or Garda Age Card only).
Members must be 16 years or older to join. Guests also must be 16 years or older to join. ID is required in the form or a Passport, Drivers Licence or Garda Age Card only.
Yes absolutely. Please ask at the reception and a member of the team will show you around.
Guest passes are available from the gym reception desk at a rate of €10 per day pass.
Yes. You will receive a membership card on your first visit to the gym. You can only gain access to the gym upon production of your membership card. You must swipe your membership card at the turnstile to gain entry on every visit. There is no access to the gym without a membership card.
There is no access to the gym without your membership card.
No. Your membership card is for your use only and is your responsibility. Any misuse of your card may result in your membership being cancelled. For security and validation reasons, management reserves the right to scan each member’s card at the reception turnstiles in the gym. This will entail your photo being made visible or projected on the screens adjacent to the reception desk for no more than 5 seconds. Your card is unique to you.
A replacement card can be purchased at the reception. Replacement cards are €10.
Only Annual Memberships will be considered for suspension on medical grounds. The time missed will start from the date you informed the gym in writing and must be accompanied by a Doctor’s note to a maximum of 6 months.
Memberships are not transferable from gym to gym or person to person.
Membership is specific to the gym you join and does not extend to other gyms in the group.
Yes. Car parking is available in all locations for a max period of 2 hours.
No. Our gyms are exactly that. GYMS. We offer the best in cardio equipment, resistance machines, free weights, strength and conditioning and functional training and all our gyms are refurbished so that all equipment is socially distanced.
No. Lockers cannot be used overnight, and all locked lockers are cut at the end of the evening for health and safety reasons.
No. Booking is not required.
Yes, classes area available in all locations.

In the interest of hygiene all members must carry and use a hand towel when training to wipe down the equipment and mats after use. Surface cleaner and tissue is also provided. You cannot be on the gym floor unless you carry a hand towel. We also strongly recommend everyone to carry water when exercising.

Yes. Should you require this, we will provide an induction in how to operate the gym equipment. Please ask a member of the fitness team at reception.
Dumbbells range from 2kg- 40kg. Our plates range from 5kg-25kg.
